This is a picture of me eating lunch and reading the New York Times on May 19th. I am sitting at the Espresso Royale in Champaign (corner of 6th and Daniel). Generally I eat my lunch there every day, I pack it in tupperware, heat it up in the office microwave, repack it, and take it to coffee where I eat it with an iced americano next to the window.

My coworker Rick Langlois took this picture. Unlike most of the stuff he does these days, it's only 2D and only required one camera, one shot. The interesting thing is, the picture was taken from outside through the window, but due to the lighting, the reflection came out looking more real than I do.

Sometimes life just feels like that anyway, blue hair notwithstanding.
